Well - I was due to start my Union secondment today , and I gotta say I was absolutely raring to go after , receiving my training a few weeks ago …….

Well I’m afraid all 11 Union Rep’s - enthusiasm , was severely dented almost immediately , as the first problem was squarely ran in to , and that being - our Management friends had for some odd reason , not trained their own representatives – up...!!!.............................don’t ask me why …………………….
Now - I do find the above very , very hard to believe - considering we have all been aware of this project for at least - several months, and this scheme itself has a highly rigid timetable , with disciplinary action been threatened to all the officers leading the project on the management – side , if this programme is not strictly adhered to.
The 11 of us were genuinely - set and ready to go , but as I say we were all severely let down , and the even more ironic part to it all being - we ( The Union ) will probably have to defend the self same - Management Officers if the disciplinaries are taken forward by our employer , as I’m assuming this was not just an idle threat .
Well anyway , the “plus “ point is - I’m back here for a week at least , but I’m certainly not holding my breath – that’s for sure :)

最初の問題は直視するには、実行されたとしてさて、私は恐れて全11連合担当者の - 熱意、ポーランド共和国は深刻なすぐに、凹んでいたとされて - 私たちの経営の友人が奇妙な理由で、自分の代表 - 最大..訓練していなかった.!!!.............................は私に聞かないでなぜ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...。
今 - 私は、非常に困難を信じて - 私たちはすべてこのプロジェクトを認識して数ヶ月以上 - で、このスキーム自体が、懲戒処分のすべての役員をリードすると脅迫されて剛性の高いスケジュールを持ってのされている考慮の上見つけるのですか管理プロジェクト - 側は、このプログラムは厳密に守られていない場合。
