Right that cleared up - onward …………………….
I was watching a financial program today , and saw an occupation , that on first thoughts , I’d relegate straight to the B- Ark , right next to the life music composers section , but on further thoughts - maybe not :)
This was a company who specialised in “advising banks” – yes you read that correctly ………………….. advising banks !!!
Now correct me if I’m wrong , but I thought the banks themselves were the absolute experts in their own field , and don’t their managers get massive bonuses for this “skill” , although saying that , the ensuing world recession , says otherwise :)
That aside -
This surely makes all the banks - dispensable middlemen - doesn’t it ? , as their advisors are obviously the people we should be listening to as regards finance,
……….or am I being too simplistic or should that be facetious - here :)
